Les Facteurs delivery boxes of organic food each week in Lyon.

It is very easy to order your first box.

1 . LOGIN

• I don't have any account on www.lesfacteurs.com :

  • I check that my address is in the delivery zone. [Voir les livraisons]

  • I create my account [Création de compte]

  • To subscribe into a group :

    • Chosse the delivery type 'Group' and choose a group

• I have already an account on www.lesfacteurs.com :

  • I log in [on the log-in page]

2 . BOX CHOICE

• I choose my box on [the boxes page]

• I choose other products by surfing between the categorie

WHAT DO THE BOXES CONTAIN?

The box's content is a surprise. You just have to know that it contains fruits, vegetables, cheese, bread (and meat for complete boxes) according to the seasons.

3 . CHECKOUT MY SHOPPING CART

• After having checked my shopping cart, i can checkout my order.

• If I have a discount coupon, I enter my code on tis page :

• I choose my delivery day.

• I check my order and checkout.

• I receive a confirmation e-mail.

4 .DELIVERY

If I check out my order before the monday at 4pm :

• On tuesday, I receive the delivery time by e-mail.

• On wednesday or thursday, my order will be delivered.

SPÉCIALS

• There is no engagement : I can order whenever i want.

• My first shipping costs are free (enter "welcome" in the 'reedem code' zone)

• After 5 orders, my delivery costs only 5€!
